- A smooth internal surface ensures easy emptying and cleaning.

**Damaged items:** Please notify within 48 hours of receipt. Simply call the sales office on 01359 250550 and we will arrange collection and redelivery.
**Short Deliveries:** Please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery by calling the sales office on 01359 250550 and we will resolve.
**Warranty issues:** Simply call us on 01359 250550 and we will advise the correct procedure for the manufacturers item in question.
Items simply no longer required can be returned within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to handling charge in order for us to make collection from customers address and restock with manufacturer. Items would need to be returned in 100% resaleable condition in original undamaged packaging. (Please note that items specially ordered and which are indicated as non-returnable in the product details cannot be returned for credit)
Credits are processed back to the customer once goods have been booked back into stock.
